How it Works

Request Tickets
Sign in to your Ticketmaster account to pick the shows and tickets you’re interested in.
Add Payment Details
Your card will only be charged if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled.
Fans Are Notified
You will receive an email by the evening of Thursday, April 10 confirming whether any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled.
Important Information
Up From the Bottom tickets will cost $39.50 USD or CAD plus fees and tax (where applicable). Locations of fulfilled tickets will be random and will vary throughout the venue, including limited view, lower and upper level, and on the floor.

Please note: ticket inventory is extremely limited and demand is expected to be high. Fulfillment of ticket request is not guaranteed.

There is a two (2) ticket maximum limit per show. You may request tickets for up to four (4) shows. If you request tickets to multiple shows, you may be confirmed and charged for all of them. Only request the number of tickets you are prepared to pay for.

Request tickets by Wednesday, April 2 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

Delivery of fulfilled tickets will be subject to a delivery delay. More information on this delivery delay will be provided in confirmation emails.

Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you. If none of your requested tickets are fulfilled, your card will not be charged.

You’ll receive an email notification by the evening of Thursday, April 10, 2025, letting you know whether your ticket request has been confirmed or not.

You’ll get an email summarizing your request but your card will not be charged at this time. After the request window closes, you’ll get a second email by the evening of Thursday, April 10 confirming if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled. If your requested tickets are fulfilled your card will be charged. All sales are final, and refunds and exchanges will not be available.
You’ll get an email confirming that none of your requested tickets were fulfilled and your card will not be charged.
Your card will be charged the week of April 7th and only if any of your requested tickets are fulfilled. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum total. If your card is declined, you will lose your tickets.
No. Only one request per tour is valid. There is a two (2) ticket maximum limit per show. You may request tickets for up to four (4) shows in the US and Canada.
If you want to change your original request, you need to submit a new request by Wednesday, April 2 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. You can submit a new, updated request at any time during the request window. To submit a new request, return to the event’s request page and sign in. Your new request will override any previous requests.
You can cancel your request at any time before Wednesday, April 2 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the My Requests page.
